1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You are eligible for a refund or return if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • The product is different from what you ordered (wrong item, incorrect size/design).

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

  • Custom-made or engraved items.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the item.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions or process a refund as per your preference.

4. Refund Method

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  2. Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other return cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
